Case Management & Referrals

YPI offers case management services for youth needing additional resources or services. Case management involves attaining those needed resources or services and coordinating care with other agencies, providers, or organizations, if requested. Case management could involve things such as: therapy, advocacy in school, food assistance, and medical or dental care.

Youth Pride has relationships with various therapists and medical providers in the areas and can make suggestions for places at which LGBTQQ sensitive services may be available.
