The Inside Scoop
Youth Pride, Inc. publishes a monthly newsletter, The Inside Scoop that covers local and national LGBTQ news in addition to YPI updates! Some editions feature a ‘Meet Me’ section that introduces readers to someone affiliated with YPI. The Inside Scoop also has a running ‘Monthly Spotlight’ column that highlights an individual, group, or organization positivly impacting the LGBTQ communitty. Several articles from The Inside Scoop have been featured in Options Magazine. Options also has a monthly Youth Perspective section that several of our youth have contributed to.
Current staff member, Tiffani Carcier, authors our newsletter and is always looking for input from the community. She is always taking recommendations for Monthly Spotlight submissions and lesser known local news stories. If you know of anyone giving back to the community, doing something interesting for the community, or just deserves to be recognized, recommend them to Tiffani@youthprideri.org.
